"Keep close to Nature's heart... and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean." - John Muir
The environment is extremely important to us as humans. If we destroy or allow it to be destroyed then we will have to find a new way of life entirely. The environment sustains us so we must sustain the environment. This is simply a matter of balance. In order to do this one does not need to buy the latest ‘environmentally friendly’ products or stop taking showers. One does not have to become a vegan or revert to primitive living tactics. The most important thing you can do to help the environment is to attempt to understand how it all works. It is easy to watch television and do what the people on the indoctrination box tell us to do when it comes to environmental conservation but how much greater it is to actually understand the systems and cycles so that we can better understand our roles within them. This page is designed to help you start to get an understanding of how it all works and thus how you can work within it.
Still, how is this relevant to spiritual enlightenment? How is this important when it comes to Self Mastery? Well to understand how it all connects you must first understand the individual pieces. So then if you are asking how the environment is relevant to the goal of The Hidden Ones then you simply need to seek greater understanding of the matter. Luckily, you are here.

Introduction to Basic Environmental Science
Below you will find several embedded videos that can help you better understand the environment. The videos are a part of an 'AP Environmental Science' course offered by the Bozeman Science YouTube channel. These videos are not ours and we do not claim any affiliation with the creator of them. However, they are very simple to follow for even a novice and they cover the topic quickly but to a significant degree. After you watch the videos on this page, you will have a much greater understanding of how the environment works and how every action has an effect.
